Thierry is a passionate French chef and cooking teacher who loves welcoming guests from around the world. As an eco-hero, he focuses on sustainability and locally sourced ingredients. In his charming 15th-century restaurant in Lyon, he invites you to a fun, hands on pastry workshop, where you’ll learn to make classic French treats like pink praline tarts, éclairs, Paris-Brest, and macarons.
Nell
Nell, a born and bred Edinburgh local, shares her love for food through unique food walking tours and cooking classes. After living in London and Hong Kong, she returned to Scotland, created the TV series The Woman Who Ate Scotland, and became a qualified nutritionist. Now based in a 200-year-old flat in Edinburgh's Georgian New Town, Nell teaches guests to cook traditional Scottish dishes like Cullen Skink, haggis, and shortbread, with plenty of delicious food to take home!
Nazareth
Nazareth founded Delina Ethiopian Food in 2013 as a street food stall in West London, bringing authentic Ethiopian flavors to local markets. Since then, she has expanded across the UK, working with top caterers and food markets. Now, in her Shepherd’s Bush Market space, she offers a welcoming spot to eat, drink, and gather, along with hands-on Ethiopian & Eritrean cooking classes for those eager to explore traditional flavors.
Ann
Ann, a Dublin native with years of experience in hospitality and catering, is also a Qualified National Tour Guide. She welcomes guests from around the world into her home, sharing traditional Irish meals and stories of life in Dublin. Our Texas family of five had an an amazing time making pasta and tiramisu with Mau during our visit to Rome! The location, complete with music and dancing, created just the experience that we were looking for. Mau kept us engaged and it was obvious that he truly cared about us all having fun and meeting everyone in the class. We can't wait to use the skills we learned to make our own pasta upon our return home. Thanks, Mau, for a great time!

Jean-yves was beyond magnificent! He was such a great teacher and took such care to explain every step in our macaron class! The macaron was the best of my life and we are so excited to come back to Paris and try Jean-yves gastronomic dinner!! Merci beaucoup for everything!! It was perfect!!

Our three boys love Italian food and after lots of sightseeing they enjoyed this class so much. How nice to open up your house for strangers, it was such a great and 'homy' atmosphere and we learned a lot. Definitely recommendable.
Kids Pasta & Tiramisu Cooking Class with a View
Michail was a gracious host and a thoughtful teacher! We loved spending time with him and hearing stories about his life in Greece and the delicious food heritage of his family. His instruction was appropriate for all of us (ages 11-50), and the food we prepared was delicious.
